Indiana

Cold Forming Engineer

Stalcop is looking for a skilled Cold Forming Engineer for our Indiana facility.

Successful candidates must have the following qualifications; BSME or equivalent, Proficient in Solid-works 2007 or similar solid modeling software, proficient in AutoCAD 2000, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. 5 years experience minimum in cold forming tool & process design for cold formers, part formers, and secondary processes including CNC machining, thread rolling, press forming, etc. Knowledge of materials, heat treatments and surface finishes a plus.

The ideal candidate will have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, strong project management skills, knowledge of tool steels and their application, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, strong math skills, and outstanding people skills.

Product Manager / Outside Sales
Hard Driving and Successful

If you're maxed out in your current position and have the personal drive and burning desire to earn over $100,000 per year in sales commissions, selling custom designed, specialty cold formed and precision machined components, we need you. Take back control of your compensation and your sales career.

If you're good enough to help us refine and execute our sales strategy, sign new customers and create new markets in our industry that result in closed orders, you're the person we need: We are seeking a person who knows where to look for securing new business from their established OEM contacts and know how to close an order for cold formed and impact extruded components. Only one metric applies — new customer sales. The right candidate is driven to be #1 in sales and commission income and is capable of producing results (orders) within 90 days. You will have a proven record of success in industrial sales to new customers. We want an A-Type Person with a burning desire to win. The right person will report to the VP of Marketing and New Business Development.

The right candidate is driven to be #1 in sales and commission income and is capable of producing results. We want an A-Type Person with a burning desire to win. The right person will report to the VP of Marketing and New Business Development.

Cold Forming Tool Design Engineer

Stalcop is looking for a skilled Cold Forming Tool Design Engineer at our facility located in Thorntown, Indiana. We are located between Indianapolis and Lafayette.
