Stalcop Indiana Capabilities
Stalcop is a repetitive manufacturer of customer designed specialty cold formed and precision machined components primarily from copper and aluminum. Our U.S.A. division focuses mainly on electrical applications, power transmission & distribution and other OEM companies.

German Facilities
Stalcop Illg operates from one facility in Gemmingen, Germany which is located about 1.5 hours south of Frankfort near Heilbron. There, the two facilities include:
- 15,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing
- 2,000 sq. ft. Tool Room
- 500 sq. ft. Office

For over fifteen years Stalcop Illg perfected components using precision cold forming techniques, more specifically on products for the power electronics industry using high grade copper.
Stalcop Illg's expertise has been recognized as a leader in the development of technically demanding products for the power electronics industry. Our manufacturing process combine cold formed structural strengths and integrity, high precision machining, and state-of-the-art assembly.
Dieter Wels is the Works Manager for Stalcop Illg. Mr. Wels is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations management of the Stalcop Illg business unit. He has hiring, termination, assignment, compensation, and budget authority over all Stalcop Illg engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, tool room, production control, accounting, and administration personnel. He is responsible for achieving the sales and profit plan at the budgeted manufacturing costs. Mr. Wels was instrumental in increasing production at Stalcop Illg to run three shifts per day and seven days per week as required.

Czech Republic Facilities
Stalcop Czech Republic is in development.
Milos Komarek is the General Manager for Technicka Keramika a.s. Mr. Komarek is currently responsible for the day-to-day executive management of the Technicka Keramika business unit. He has hiring, termination, assignment, compensation, and budget authority over all Technicka Keramika engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, tool room, production control, accounting, and administration personnel. He is responsible for achieving the business unit sales and profit plan at the budgeted manufacturing costs.
