Our very experienced engineers use state-of-the art computers and design software to quickly provide solutions to your problem. We provide 2D and 3D design solutions backed by the use of stress analysis softwares and mathematical models to support the cold forming design process.

New Product Development System

Our structured New Product Development (NPD) system enables us to support very complex developments for our customers by focusing on the three critical steps of our system.

  • PD - This process focuses on the conversion of your product to the design for cold forming and generates prototype samples for your evaluation.
  • PE - This process focuses on the design of the Stalcop production process & tooling and generates production samples for your evaluation backed by either a PPAP or an ISIR for your quality requirements.
  • IP - This process focuses on verifying the repeatability of our production manufacturing process & design and generates a formal acceptance by our production department.
